The thermal diffusion galvanized brackets, also called sherardized, dry galvanized or vapour galvanized brackets are designed for precision assembly, and therefore it requires smooth anti-corrosion finish. This metal surface treatment process allows the treatment of complex shapes, so that even hollow parts like sophisticated steel brackets can be coated, and threads do not fill. To reach the demand of precision assembly, the fabrication tolerance needs to reach Iso 2768 m or f class. Fabmann uses laser cutting and hydraulic press bending solution to produce custom steel brackets with tight tolerance, and meanwhile our experienced engineers will take spring-back effect and stress release into consideration for all the press bending.
